Terms of use
Updated 06.11.2026
By using Zupynka you agree to these terms. They are provided by Volodymyr Olehovych Labish, sole proprietor, Ukraine. Write to us: support@zupynka.app.
1. What the service is
Zupynka shows where public transport is, when it reaches your stop and when you should leave. The app works on phones and watches; an account is optional.
2. Predictions are estimates
We work out arrival times from the city’s open data and vehicles’ GPS. A bus may run late, come early or not run at all, and data may arrive late. So the prediction and «leave in» are guidance, not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays, missed trips or reminders that didn’t arrive.
3. Free and Pro
- Everything that matters is free; Free has limits (for example, 3 favourite stops and 1 active reminder).
- Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription on Google Play or the App Store, with 7 days free. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the store charges you.
- The subscription renews by itself. You can cancel it any time in the store’s settings; Pro stays on until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow Google Play’s or the App Store’s rules.
4. Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for access to that account. You can delete your account in the app at any time — see the privacy policy for how.
5. What you may not do
Don’t bulk-download data from our server, get around request limits, take the app apart to reach other people’s data, or get in the way of the service working.
6. Data and licences
- Transit data: Lviv City Council, Uzhhorod City Council (Creative Commons Attribution).
- Map: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).
- Weather: MET Norway (CC BY 4.0).
7. Liability
The service is provided «as is». We do our best to keep it running and the forecast accurate, but we don’t promise it will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses — being late, missed trips, meetings or journeys — and our liability to you is no more than what you paid for Pro in the last 12 months. This doesn’t limit any rights you can’t lose under the consumer protection law of your country.
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. With any issue, write to us first — most things are settled by email. If not, disputes go to a court in Ukraine; a consumer in the EU may also go to a court in their own country.
8. Changes and contact
We’ll tell you in the app about meaningful changes to these terms. Questions — support@zupynka.app.
