Delete your account and data
You can delete your Zupynka account at any time — together with everything we keep on our server.
In the app
- Open Zupynka and tap the profile button on the home screen
- Tap «Delete account and data»
- Confirm — «Delete permanently»
You need to be online. If the connection drops halfway, the app finishes the deletion by itself as soon as the server is reachable.
Without the app
Email us from the address you sign in to Zupynka with, subject «Delete account». We delete it within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.

- favourites, reminders and settings on the server
- for Sign in with Apple — Zupynka’s access to your Apple ID
- backups — within 30 days
Kept
- data on the phone itself — until you remove the app
- Pro subscription: it lives in your store account — cancel it there
- anonymous statistics that can’t identify you
